Flexi Associates' vision is to create micro business models that empower mothers on career breaks to enjoy work-life integration. We collaborate with associates to run affordable editorial training and digital technology courses that promote remote work. Together with our sister company, Word Design Communication, we hope to start an agency for virtual assistants in corporate communication. We have just set up our first Flexi Work-life Hub (Subang Jaya)—a private co-working and co-childcare space for young mothers and empty nesters in the neighbourhood. This is one solution to address the Brain Drain when talented women prioritise caregiving duties but couldn't return to the workforce after their career breaks.
