Delivery Policy
Thank you for visiting us at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Delivery Policy. 

For Membership Application:
The end-to-end delivery process can be summarized as below: 

  • Upon receipt of your online application, a committee will vet the details to process your application.  
  • The committee will respond within 48 hours on whether your application is approved.
  • If your application is approved, we will then email you the link to register.
  • Once you register and make payment of the relevant membership fees – RM300 for individual fees or RM1,200 for corporate membership fees – you will then receive a welcome note, assigned user ID and Membership ID number as a full confirmation of your being an official member.
  • With the user ID, you can then make full use of the resources that we have online. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking 

Not applicable as far as the shipment is concerned.  

Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy 

We currently do not ship outside of Malaysia
