Salwana possesses 37 years multitude of work experiences covering the corporate world, entrepreneurship, and civil society organization.

Currently, as the President of IWFCIM, she works collaboratively with the EXCO team to set organizational goals that include community outreach, organizational capacity, fundraising and capital improvements. She also evaluates progress of the planned outcomes and the strategic plan to grow organizational capacity and connect daily work with the vision and mission of the organization. She has managed and directed key programs and projects, targeting multitude segments of communities for the purpose of raising funds as well as improving the livelihoods of the B40 communities in Malaysia. She is responsible in establishing a one stop platform providing programs for women entrepreneurs to develop skills, strike partnerships, access new markets and facilitate constructive funding options.

She advocates the Inclusive Procurement Policy supporting the Women Empowerment Principle 5, in collaboration with Social and Economic Research Initiative (SERI), to expand fair opportunities for women entrepreneurs to participate in the supply chain ecosystem of corporates, government and businesses.

Balancing the supply and demand side of the future of work, she leads the Ready4AI&Security Malaysia initiative in collaboration with Microsoft Philanthropy ASEAN to upskill 200 TVET Educators and 5000 TVET students in future proof market ready generative AI and cybersecurity skills.

She facilitates Women in Digital Business (WIDB) training to upskill women entrepreneurs in digital business utilizing the structured approach and content developed by the International Training Center International Labor Organization (ITCILO).

She established the benang.org, a social enterprise marketplace platform to procure tailoring services and ready to wear clothing sewn by a community of 60 B40 tailors in Malaysia.

She co-owns a management development consulting company, Salwana and Rahim Associates Sdn Bhd, helping organizations to improve operational excellence and team efficiency. She also mentors and coaches the youth, middle managers, and future leaders.

Prior to her entrepreneurial ventures, she invested 20 years in the corporate world holding management and leadership positions in the information technology industry. Her last role in the corporate world was the Public Sector Director of Microsoft Malaysia.

She authored and published a couple of books – A Handbook for First Time Managers and Give Receive Improve.

Gina Phan is the Principal Trainer and Consultant at Zinfinity Consulting. As a certified trainer, she focuses on equipping people by improving their workplace performance skills, such as Purposeful Leadership, Consultative Selling, Negotiations, Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, Business Communication, and Business Presentations. She is also a Certified Brian Tracy Trainer.

Prior to this, Gina spent almost 30 years in technical, marketing, and leadership positions in the IT industry. During these formative years, she was involved in product development, product roll-out and support, sales and key account management, corporate marketing, as well as being part of her company’s IPO team. She was the Managing Director of a subsidiary of an international software provider, in which she successfully set up and expanded the business in Malaysia and regionally. In this role, she was responsible to build her team as well as the channels of distributors and dealers. Her previous employer (Dr. Vinod Chachra) describes Ms. Gina Phan as a competent and soft-spoken manager. “She has great leadership and teaching skills. She mentors her employees to the benefit of the users and customers.”

Cheng Pei Ling is a Shariah Registered Financial Planner who specializes in wealth management professional consultancy for the past 18 years. She attained magnificent achievements in the life insurance industry international platform by being a Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) awardee.

In 2003, she created a one-stop financial solution centre for the public to provide effective and efficient solutions for wealth and family legacy planning. Her clientele ranges from the Baby Boomer generation all the way to the Millennials generation thus ultimately cultivating a Multigenerational Legacy Planning mindset.

Pei Ling is also Business Director of Big Work Mart Sdn Bhd, a digital platform for Employees Benefits Program Her ultimate goal is to cultivate the public to embrace the responsibilities of building financial security in life, preserve and distributing wealth to their next of kin. Pei Ling then joined Koha Digital in June 2021 as its COO & Director.

Tan Yet Mee holds an MBA (Heriot Watt University) and a Degree in Economics from the National University of Malaysia. (UKM). Her passion in life is to help create opportunities for women to empower themselves through education and entrepreneurship. Her motto in "...home is where the heart is, not where you come from".

An undercover introvert, she sees life as a series of happy coincidences but believes nothing is achieved without true commitment to excellence and integrity. She is featured in "The Women Lead in The Digital Economy- The Integration of Technology into Women's Businesses in Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar published by Woomentum Cambodia and Embassy of France Cambodia."

Yet Mee’s passion lies in creating a safe world and with safe products. In 2018, her company Maypreen Sdn Bhd, launched Minimtm, an ecofriendly range of household detergent safe for people sensitive skin after 8 years of research.

Maypreen Sdn Bhd has received the MyHijau mark a an internationally recognized mark for green products in 2022 by the Malaysia Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (MGTC) under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change.

Maypreen was also awarded Sustainability Leadership Award 2021 by Malaysia GPM in 2021

As current President of Wencheng Gongzhu Malaysia (in support to coordinate fund raising for Mahasiddha Universal Peace Sanctuary, Lumbini, Nepal).

She is a Master Practitioner of NLP.

She has also co-authored an anthology of short stories entitled "Faultlines", published by Silverfish Books 2015.

She also founded and created the now defunct www.emmagem.com (online lifestyle e-magazine) from 2009 to 2015 to empower women through ecommerce and entrepreneurship.

Ms Roslinda Ahmad is the Head of Islamic Products & Services with Crowd Sense Sdn Bhd (Cofundr); one of the P2P players registered with the Securities Commission Malaysia. Currently she also sits on the Board of Pentamaster Bhd, a company listed on the Main Board of the Bursa Malaysia.

Prior to joining CSSB she was Director & Head of Product Distribution And Strategy, Wholesale Banking of CIMB Islamic Bank Bhd. Puan Wan Intan has over 25 years of experience in the capital market industry, in various capacities and roles in entities related to Equity and Derivatives broking, Financial Planning and Regulator.

Her portfolios throughout her career had provided opportunities to engage with extensive capital market client profiles; in both domestic and international segments; as well as public listed companies.

Aside from her main portfolio in Marketing, she had participated in various areas but not limited to risk management, sales, business development, compliance, audit, strategy, branding & communications, financial planning, education, product development (conventional / Islamic) either directly or indirectly.

She was also a Co-Producer of a 13-episode financial literacy TV program called Penjana Ringgit that was aired on RTM.

She currently supports digital education, capital raising projects, financial literacy initiatives, community building programs and responsible financial products & services.

Her diverse experience as a tech and business evaluator for both public and private sector commercialization projects grant her unique insights into the industry's dynamics, making her an invaluable asset in the venture capital landscape.

Shin Tan is a Team Coaching Consultant, Transformational Communication Coach and Facilitator who consistently helps organizations and individuals to enable and achieve their objectives through sustainable benefits and value creation with team coaching skills through effective communication and gamification activities.
