Membership, Return & Cancellation Policy

Membership Policies:

  1. Members have the option to renew their memberships annually.
  2. Alerts will be sent to all members a month prior to the date of their respective membership renewals.
  3. If payment is not made by the renewal date, a reminder to renew will be sent. All IWFCIM events attended during this grace period will be charged at a normal rate, instead of members’ rate.
  4. If payment is not made within 30 days after the renewal date, a second reminder to renew within 30 days will be sent. All IWFCIM events attended during this grace period will be charged at a normal rate, instead of members’ rate.
  5. If payment is still not made within 60 days after the renewal date, the membership will be terminated.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. No cancellation is applicable.
  2. If a member wishes to cancel, the option is not to renew the membership the following year.

Return Policy:

  1. There is no return or refund applicable.
  2. If a member wishes to discontinue her membership, the option is not to renew the membership the following year.
