Our company set up in 2017, our founder is Dr Grace Tan. As a former Professor, she has gained many years of working experiences in MNCs and overseas. She is a certified trainer, certified translator, certified court, meeting, conference interpreter. She used ‘Gemini’ as her company name as ‘Gemini’ is her horoscope. ‘Gemini Translation and Training Services’ provides translation, interpretation and training services. Our company values are integrity, transparency and accountability. We are customer-oriented and honour our promise to deliver our translation projects on time. We provide accurate human translation and certified stamp. All the documents translated by us can be used in the courts as evidence. In addition, we also provide corporate training in human resource, marketing, sales, customer service, management, leadership and etc. We provide solutions to our clients through consultation and coaching to grow their businesses to the next level. As our founder is also certified in China as Accredited Translator and Interpreter (CATTI) as well as certified in Malaysia by ITBM and MTA, we hope to be bridge between China and Malaysia. We have interpreted for many Chinese delegates and leaders in Malaysia including former Deputy Prime Minister. As a member of Malaysia China Chamber of Commerce, we hope collaborate with more Chinese companies in conjunction with the recent government initiative to attract more Chinese investors to our nation. Our company objective is to help MNCs and SMEs to overcome language barriers. We have collaboration partners in Shanghai, Singapore, Jakarta, London and New York, we are growing our business internationally. Our expansion goal is to grow our business to the world with the advancement of technology in translation and interpretation. We also involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), we have helped thousands of orphans and needy families. We contribute a small portion of our profit to help the community.
