The Academy

The key objective of the Academy is to facilitate continuous learning and development for entrepreneurs.

Continuous Learning and Development 

We learn every day. Entrepreneurs and business professionals need to have high degree of self-awareness and social awareness to excel in their respective domains. With the rapid velocity of change in the world we live today, continuous learning and development comes front and centre for every entrepreneur. It is an arsenal for survival. We support all entrepreneurs in their pursuit to continually improve and learn. We currently provide the following services: 

Mentoring Sessions:

These sessions will be focused on the existing participants that have had the elementary modules listed below, with us the past two years: 

  • Grooming for Success 
  • English for Business Communications 
  • Writing in Bahasa Malaysia 
  • Writing in English 
  • Basic Customer Service 
  • Basic Financial Management 
  • Basic Problem Solving 
  • Developing Growth Mindset 

We will identify the respective participants to be mentored to the next steps of their learning journey. 

Coaching 

Business coaching is also available upon request. Our panels of coaches are all entrepreneurs and business professionals. Based on the situational challenges or issues, we will select the most suitable coach as relevant.

Basic Entrepreneurship Skills Training for B40 Communities 

We will continue to offer the 8 modules of Basic Entrepreneurship Skills Training to interested B40 or underserved communities. The 8 modules are:
