Objective and Effective Problem Solving
INTRODUCTION
This problem-solving workshop prepares and enables participants to analyse risks and issues into the four problem types of: Processes, Decisions, Relationships and Motivation and create solutions for each type.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
After attending this workshop, learners will be able to do the following:
- Analyse problems into Processes, Decisions, Relationships & Motivation
- Create solutions that are relevant to the problems identified
- Make weighted decisions and choose the most rational solution
- Manage relationship issues and personality conflicts at home and at work

COURSE FACILITATOR
Gina Phan is a professional trainer & consultant. Her work today reflects her experience as a seasoned practitioner. Her passion is to help organizations and individuals succeed through effective and practical soft-skills.
