Valuing Growth and Impact: Women, Wealth and the World We Want

This Forum is a launchpad for collaboration, innovation, and empowerment. It equips entrepreneurs and business owners to redefine value, prepare for fundraising, and lead with impact.

At IIIF2026, we redefine the meaning of business valuation by moving beyond traditional financial metrics to embrace a holistic view that integrates social impact at its core.

The forum explores Valuation Mastery, demystifying how investors measure company worth not only through balance sheets but also by recognizing intangible assets such as innovation, brand equity, and community trust. It equips founders with Entrepreneur Readiness, offering practical steps to strengthen valuation ahead of fundraising, partnerships, or exits, ensuring they are prepared to showcase both financial resilience and social responsibility. Most importantly, IIIF2026 highlights Sustainability as Strategy, demonstrating how ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) practices are no longer optional but central to reshaping valuation models and investor expectations.

Together, these themes underscore a powerful narrative: the true value of a business lies not just in profit, but in its ability to generate lasting positive impact for society and the environment.

Join us at Smith & Wollensky, Suria KLCC to enjoy unparalleled networking opportunities, access to unique investment deals, shared learning experiences, and the ability to combine financial returns with positive, measurable social and environmental change.

Sustainability as a Catalyst for Valuation in Women-led Enterprises

YAM Tengku Zatashah binti Sultan Sharafuddin Idris Shah

Abstract:
Today, valuation is a narrative, no longer just a number. Women-led enterprises are rewriting that story with purpose, resilience, and sustainability at the core. In 2026, investors are not just asking ‘What’s your revenue?’ but ‘What’s your relevance?’ They want to know how your business uplifts communities, reduces waste, and builds trust across generations.

Sustainability is a strategic lever, no longer a side note. Whether you're composting in your café, digitizing supply chains, or mentoring young founders, every action contributes to your enterprise’s worth.

When women lead, we see valuation infused with empathy, circular thinking, and long-term vision.

Let’s stop asking if sustainability pays off. It already does. The real question is—are we ready to lead with it?

Abstract:
A session designed to unpack the evolving metrics and mindsets shaping enterprise value in a post-pandemic, climate-conscious economy. The panel will convene seasoned investors, financial experts, venture builders, and valuation experts to explore how financial fundamentals of SMEs business growth, fintech innovation and financial inclusions are now deeply intertwined with intangible assets—such as brand authenticity, ESG performance, and community impact.

Given Malaysia’s startup ecosystem and businesses interest in IPO, focused discussion will also cover fundraising strategy and valuation readiness for IPO - a critical angle for founders and investors navigating the path from growth to public markets. Perspectives on how governance, scalability, and investor storytelling influence IPO trajectories will greatly enrich the discussion.

The session will also spotlight women-led ventures and examine how inclusive governance, digital agility, and sustainability narratives are influencing investor confidence and deal flow.
